The most important part will be quality inspection, regarding about our quality control process, please refer the following steps

1. When you confirm the order, our translator will record all the details for future reference.
2. Before placing order, we will write down all the details on the contract among client, providers and us.
3. During production, we will double check the order, and make sure there is no mistake happen or minimize the error.
4. When we collecting your products, we will hold your balance and carry out quality inspection. Normally we will check 30-40%, If we found any problem, will solve for you immediately, and if some problem we are not sure about it, will let you know immediately.
5. After everything done, we will send you the inspection photos and report for you to confirm, if only you agree with the quality, we will release your balance to the providers.
6. When you receive your products in your country, please check it as soon as possible, if there are any problems, please inform us within 3 months, we will deal with the providers and send you the same amount of products with your next order.

We have a very big warehouse which is more than 4,000m² in Yiwu, We can contain more than 200 pcs of 40HQ containers at the same time. that’s why no need to worry about the storage at all, we do offer free storage service here.
